US-based Tavoron has announced the acquisition of Power Motion, an industrial automation solutions provider and systems integrator headquartered in the St. Louis, Missouri, area. The acquisition strengthens Tavoron’s automation, robotics, machine vision, and motion control offerings and expands its geographic reach throughout the Midwest and South-Central United States, according to a media release.
Power Motion serves manufacturers and industrial operations as a full-service automation solutions provider, combining product distribution with value-added systems integration. The company specializes in factory automation and industrial robotics, machine vision, motion and servo control, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), safety systems, and pick-to-light solutions, supported by in-house engineering, programming, control panel fabrication, technical training, and on-site service.
