Pursuit Aerospace, a US-based manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, has announced the completion of its strategic acquisition of Leesta Industries, Inc.
Founded in 1964, Canadian company Leesta specializes in the machining of flight-safety-critical aeroengine components used across a range of commercial and military aircraft platforms.
The acquisition expands Pursuit’s aeroengine machining and fabrication capabilities, enhancing its ability to serve customers across the aeroengine value chain. Leesta’s expertise in advanced manufacturing, automation, and technology-driven production further strengthens Pursuit’s capabilities, according to a press release.
